Foreword

The general sales terms and conditions of Numeyoga products and services are the following:

1 : Delivery terms and shipment fees

Shipment is free of charge, provided the buyer purchases on line whenever possible ( softwares, musical compositions, books and classes in pdf format). Numeyoga will ship orders as fast as possible, as soon as the order is registered on the website.
Details on product loading Implementation are generally emailed within 48 hours, to the electronic address given by the purchaser.
Possible delays do not allow the purchaser to cancel the order, nor to refuse the goods, nor to ask for refunds. The customer is allotted one week to download the program, starting from the reception of the corresponding data.
Shipment may also be sent by regular mail, at regular fare. The digital content of the product will then be burned on CD. The content of astrological or numerological studies will be printed on paper.

2 : Payment and invoicing terms

The customer is entitled to payment as soon as the order of softwarse, musical compositions, books or classes in pdf format is completed. Downloading instructions will be sent by email or regular mail. In both cases, the document sent is used as invoice. All products must be paid for before shipment. Different payment terms are granted, according to the nature of the products. The customer should read them before confirming purchase. In case of payment by credit card, the transaction is secured through our partner “ La Banque postale”. Credit cards are debited as soon as the order is placed.

3 : Refunds

Du to their nature and because assessment versions can be downloaded so as to be tested, our products will not be taken back nor exchanged, once the purchaser has downloaded them or received the CD. This is in accordance with French law concerning distance selling (if the customer has the possibility to assert a right of withdrawal this provision excludes software).

4 : Standard accordance

In case the product does not comply with the standards, complaints should be referred to customer service:

Products are subjected to legal warranty against hidden faults according to the French Civil Code ( article 1641 and following). Moreover, our products benefit from a warranty on behalf of the editor. These warrantees exclude all others, including a guarantee of results in accordance with the client’s specific needs. The purchaser is responsible for his needs required a the time of the purchase, and he is also responsible for complying with the instructions on how to install and use the program.

5 : Data protection

The information Numeyoga has will only be used to implement the purchase order. According to the French law n°78-17 of Jan. 6, 1978 dealing with computer data, files and freedom, you may access, modify or forbid any information referring to you. Just contact Numeyoga by post mail (convey your name, address and email)

6 : Acceptance

The purchaser declares and acknowledges he knows of the present specific terms and conditions, thus renouncing to any other rules, particularly including his own purchasing terms and conditions. The act of purchasing entails the acceptance of the present general sales terms and conditions.

7 : Applicable law and court jurisdiction

Our Terms and conditions of use are subject to French law. In fact, all disputes that may result from the business relationship between the client and Numeyoga are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

Any dispute concerning the interpretation of our terms and conditions falls within the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Annecy in absence of any agreement between the two parties.
